It started as curiosity.

Then I started liking watches more. That interest became a hobby. And eventually, the hobby became serious.

I found myself paying attention to the details I used to overlook — dial textures, proportions, colours, numerals, hands, cases and the way one small decision can completely change how a watch feels.

The more I learned, the more I wanted to make something of my own. I stopped only looking at watches I liked and started thinking about the watch I would actually want to create and wear.

That is where SOVRAN began. Not from a big business plan, but from curiosity that kept growing until it became something I wanted to build properly.

The first chapter is the Union Collection: four UAE-inspired dial expressions with Arabic numerals, created for the UAE National Day period and assembled in the United Arab Emirates.
